  1. Define your goals

We start our potential collaboration with a short discovery call. During this call we try to learn as much as possible about you, your organization and your values. In this casual chat we talk about what you want to achieve and if a video production is the right path for you. At the end of the call we decide if we want to work together and if it makes sense.

2. our Proposal

After the discovery call we will create a proposal. This detailed document defines the scope, creative decisions and your investment. You will receive the video production proposal for review, you can decide if you want to move forward or adapt the proposal.

3. Startup briefing

We came to an agreement, let’s go! Now we schedule a meeting to discuss the practical aspects of your video project. We will outline the following steps, set up a plan of action and narrow down on your goals.

4. Finding your story

The story discovery journey begins here. We will talk to many people in story space. In addition to this we will read up on the topic and learn as much as possible. We do this to be able to pick the perfect main character for you story. This is a crucial step in the process, the emotional connection between the audience and the main character is the reason the audience takes action. Once we decided on our main character we’ll pick some keywords to guide the creative process.

5. Develop the plot

The final step in pre-production. Here we use the keywords and the main character to create a roadmap for your video. We find engaging ways to create an impactful plot, from beginning and middle to the end. We look for a question or some kind of conflict; a scientifically validated way of creating engagement throughout a story.

6. Production time

With our keywords in mind we start the production process in the field. Thanks to our roadmap we can film every shot we need with intention. When the filming is done, we bring your story back to the studio. Here we will cut it together in post. We make sure every decision made is help achieve the goals set at the start of the process.

7. let’s review

For every production, we offer two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. This means we deliver a first draft of the film to you. It’s up to you to watch your video and write down your notes.

With your notes in hand we take the video back to editing room and improve the feedback until you are satisfied.
